These terms govern your use of the Gabajee platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using Gabajee, you agree to everything set out below.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.


03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Gabajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration, you will be asked to provide personal details including your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Gabajee will never contact you to ask for your password. 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Gabajee currently supports bKash and Nagad as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. We may add or remove payment methods at any time, and we will notify players of any significant changes.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Gabajee account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Gabajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

  • Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Gabajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at Gabajee carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.   • Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your account balance.

06 Game Rules

Each game available on Gabajee is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Gabajee will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. Where a round cannot be completed, bets will typically be returned to the player's account. Gabajee's decision in such matters is final.

Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are recorded by multiple camera feeds. These results are final once the round is closed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 24 hours of the round in question.

  • Gabajee does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG-based games use certified random number generators.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed before each round.
  • Gabajee reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Gabajee. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Creating more than one account on the platform.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf.

Gabajee actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If you suspect another player of engaging in prohibited conduct, please report it to our support team.


08 Account Suspension and Closure

Gabajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • A player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
  • A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.
